2nd Manufacturer for Apple iPhone?

QUantaMore news now on who is manufacturing the iPhone… There was originally one manufacturer, Foxconn (Hon Hai), but now it seems there is a second:Quanta Computer. Quanta is said to be joining development, delivering 5 million phones with a slightly different design for other markets. The production will begin in September.

Quanta Computer also manufacturers the iPod for Apple and appears to be building a closer relationship with Apple Inc. There is speculation that the phone being produced by Quanta may be the second revision of the phone, possible a phone using 3G technology to compliment the GSM version of the iPhone.
